Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time. There is a café located inside the front doors of the Foundry Event Center. Our check in room is located to your left after you pass the café. We will have a separate room to check-in with plenty of space to accommodate social distancing guidelines.
Upon check-in, you will be given a QR/access code for your records. Please verify your email address at check in. Your digital proofs will be emailed to you within 2 to 3 weeks from your appointment.
Due to excessive no shows, we are now requiring a non-refundable $10 fee per family to hold your reservation time. If you are in attendance for your scheduled reservation, you will receive a $10 credit toward your order. If you are not able to make your appointment due to illness, please contact us and we will make every attempt to reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you contact our office if you are not able to keep your scheduled appointment, so we can release your time to another family.
